Clean out your basement and attic and help support MTJC!  There are two ways to participate in our Community Yard Sale on Sunday, 10/24, from noon to 4pm:  (1) Donate items for sale or (2) Purchase a spot and sell items yourself (only $10 a spot for members).  

Sell Items Yourself

• Spots can be reserved for only $10 for members/$15 for non-members.
• A table with two chairs can be rented for only $5 for members/$7 for non-members. 
• First come first served, limited availability.
• Setup begins at 11am.

A donation of your profits is suggested.

Donate Items for Sale

• All items donated will be priced by the Fundraising committee and sold at the MTJC table. 
• All proceeds will be donated to MTJC.                                   
• Any unsold items may be retrieved by 5pm or will otherwise be donated.

A donation truck from the Vietnam Veterans will pick up any unsold items after the event

* If severe inclement weather is predicted, the sale will be canceled, and all payments will be refunded.  Donated items will be made available for pickup.  If not picked up in the designated time period, items will be donated to the Vietnam Veterans.
