You must provide Name & Email of person who will be using the 'ticket' in the 'Note' box.  We will be using this to control access to the service. 

If you are purchasing a ticket for someone else, please put their name & email in the note box, not your own. 

If you want to purchase more than 1 extra member ticket for extended family, please use the printed form and send it to the office with your payment of $65 per ticket. You will still need to provide a name and email for each person using the extra ticket. 

After you sign up for the 'ticket' fee, please also register for the zoom session. If you are purchasing a ticket, register here. 

If you are attending yizkor (either alone or with the full high holiday services), please register here.

High Holiday services and Yizkor will be run with different zoom sessions, so please register for one or both.
